Spring 2010. The air conditioner engineer must come. An appointment is made , then postponed once, twice, three times… Weeks pass. The mason is still waiting to finish the partitions but the installer is overwhelmed . As it is the tax credit period in France, I have to install the refrigerant pipes on my own if I want to get a construction grant.
The carpenter was to deliver the oak doors in January but was delayed too ! One month, two months, three months passed and still no joinery. I decided to call another carpenter who also asked for a manufacturing period. Fortunately he was right .
After this long waiting time, it is easy to understand why trendy jobs like “project management” have taken that kind of importance !
2010- The opening of the guest houses
We choose to install the guest rooms in the central part of the building. It’s by far the most opulent, tortuous, labored and historic part of all.
